Shali celebrates the ancient wisdom of cultivating self awareness in mind, body, and spirit, and she seeks to help guide others on their own healing journeys, by offering distinctive and transformative classes and workshops.  Since 2009, Shali has shared her knowledge and experience in yoga, pilates, and stretch, while also providing a wide range of meditation and mindfulness sessions, to meet the individual goals of her clients. 

Shali welcomes all levels of practitioners, as they discover better physical and mental health, and also develop a deeper connection to themselves and the world around them.
